Harvesting method: Manual picking with selection of bunches in the field
Wine-making process: Delicate pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 25°-28°C with maceration of the grapes for about 15 days.
Ageing: Once malolactic fermentation has terminated, the wine is placed in Caucasian oak barriques where it rests for 12 months, after which it is bottled and refined in glass for several months before being marketed.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
