These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”) have as their object the discipline of the purchase of the products and the services, made at a distance and made available, through the internet, from the site www.azienda-sanmartino.it (hereinafter, the Site) in compliance with the Italian legislation on distance contracts (Legislative Decree 70\/2003). Before placing an order, the customer must carefully read these Conditions made available to you on the Site to allow its reproduction and storage. The contracts concluded with Azienda Agricola San Martino s.s through the Website are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The contract between the customer and Azienda Agricola San Martino s.s shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance of the order by the latter. 2.2 PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the site are available information on products susceptible to distance selling. The visual representation of the products, where available, is normally given from the photo image to complete the descriptive card. The image has the sole purpose of presenting the products for sale so as close as possible, may therefore not be fully representative of the characteristics. The goods will be sent only upon receipt of the bank transfer, to facilitate shipment you can send a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer by email, info@azienda-sanmartino.it. Changes will not be possible after the invoice is issued.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4 SHIPMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All shipments of goods purchased on the site will take place by express courier and a contribution of \u20ac 9.50 is required for orders less than \u20ac 75.00. Once received the order the customer will receive an email notification which indicates that the operation was successful. Azienda Agricola San Martino s.s. will check the availability of stocks and in the event that the product is finished the Site Customer Service will give timely communication to the customer. The Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, an email confirming receipt of the purchase order sent. The communication shall include the serial number, the summary of shipping and billing data, the list of products ordered, their price and the amount to be paid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Azienda Agricola San Martino s.s, through the express courier makes deliveries throughout the national territory, including islands. You will receive your order within 3 working days. For delivery in Sicily, Sardinia or Calabria is 1 working day more. <\/span>The express courier will make 1 attempt before bringing the product into stock.<\/span><\/p>\n
